One Week!

 I have finished my 7th day in tools! I feel really good and I find myself smiling more and in an overall better and lighter mood. This feeling is the motivation that will keep me going through the program and really want to achieve those changes in my life I want for myself. »

letting go

  I have had a hard time dealing with the breakup of my ex.  This week, I called her and talked it out without intimidation or any motive but to get my feelings heard.  I feel like a great weight has been lifted and I can let go to move forward with my life without her. »
