We all use affirmations in our lives, whether we know it or not. We say and think, "I can," or "I can't" about this or that. As we tell ourselves what we can or cannot do, we affirm in our minds a behavior, and the action we take as a result.
Instead of letting these affirmations control us, we can reset our thinking. We can take control, using positive affirmations to change our outlook and our behavior.
Let's share with each other affirmations that we like and use. Then the Tools staff will pull together a list of our favorite affirmations.
Dear MembersBuilding a community is sharing ideas and thoughts. When we come together and voice our thoughts, we all learn from each other. We learn that we are not alone; we learn new ideas that might be helpful to our lives. Being part of community helps us all.
