Back To Work.

Well I may not be the most profound writer with the best grammer but here goes ......

Back to work in the mac, stayed sober from the drugs since the slip with the coke on saturday night into sunday morning, had a few beers since for monday night football. trying to totally eliminate all drinking and drugs. Up at work I don't drink at all or do drugs, so it is a good way to start things out. I do actually feel a lot better since starting tools, only on day 3 but it sure has helped me realize a lot in a short amount of time, i especially enjoyed the "problems/ situations" story. really makes sense. So i have one week of night shifts, battling the snow and wind, usually i would be dreading this tonight but i will overcome my stress and anxiety about it and i am already having a good day so it will stay that way. thanks for the tools Devlin and thank you everyone else who has commented or said words of encouragement.

take care and have a great night everyone.

James

Good luck bro

Way to go! Way to go!

The words don't matter

It doesn't matter what words we use only what we mean (from our heart).

I am sure that you will see more changes coming!

Have a great day! Angie
