wow I am not going to stop now.  There must be a lot to do.  now I need to check the dates for the medications I take.  I feel that

following through with this week I will start to have more energy.  I didn't realize that so

much going on with out bodies could be what is causing us to be sick.  well I plan on working on this.  If I don't get it done today/  That is ok.  I will just keep tring until I do get

it done.

Day 1 to about day 23 is setting a foundation and making it past the 'bump'(where you feel like just dropping the whole thing for one reason or another),is so worth it!!!
